- Last year, Mid-South members had electricity for 99.97 percent of every hour (that’s 59 minutes and 58 seconds out of every hour), the highest percentage in Mid-South history
- Mid-South’s Member Services Department answered over 65,000 phone calls (that’s about 250 calls a day).
- We also served over 70,000 members who walked into one of our offices to pay their bill (that’s over 270 members a day).
- And, we processed over 130,000 mail-in bills (around 500 bills a day).
