You are receiving this notice regarding your registered account at www.myusage.com for either our pre-paid "Pay As You Go" service or our online usage monitoring. In an effort to bring more convenience and support to our members, access to your usage and account information will be consolidated into one convenient location with the process beginning February 27th and continuing through March.
We will no longer be utilizing myusage.com, instead your account information and usage/ pre-paid information will be available within the current Member Portal located at www.midsouthsynergy.com. Along with monitoring your usage, you can pay your bill, update your account information, request service, change your billing cycle, report an outage, or sign up for alerts and reminders. Adding these functionalities to our Member Portal has removed the necessity for you, as the member, to navigate through multiple websites.
For added convenience, we also have an App for Android and Apple users that will provide the same services as our website. Search for MSEC through the Apple and Google Play stores.
