All Midsouth Synergy methods of payment and phone systems will be down beginning at 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 30th so accounting may perform the Year End Close. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE, OR IN PERSON FROM 11:59 PM ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 30th UNTIL 8AM ON JANUARY 2ND. Please feel free to use the night deposit drop at each office. Crews will be on call for emergencies/outages.

8 AM Tuesday, January 1, 2013 - Phone System and Online System back up and running. Payments can be made ONLINE or through our AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM ONLY as the offices will be closed. Crews will be on call for emergencies/outages.
8 AM Wednesday, January 2, 2013 - All Mid-South Synergy offices will be open during normal business hours.
